Neesh Renark

Overview

Neesh Renark is an aging Lasat who brings a lifetime of underworld experience to Zero Company. He runs the Armory and Black Market and maintains the Den, the squad’s base on the Ring of Kafrene. Like the other Den personnel, Neesh supports the team from base rather than the frontlines.

EA describes him as a fount of wisdom and advice who seems happy to play out the last act of his storied career in a supporting role, anything to avoid actual retirement.

Species: Lasat

The Lasat are a species established in Star Wars Rebels through Garazeb “Zeb” Orrelios. Neesh is the confirmed Lasat in Zero Company.

EA’s July 2026 community Q&A named Neesh among the members of Zero Company who support the team from the Den, alongside Bennic Halloren (Republic Intelligence), Runa Blask (Operations and Finance), and M-3VO (Pilot and Medbay).

The Armory is where Operators’ weapons are managed, and its Black Market sells weapon Modifications for Credits; see Base Management.

The Den

EA’s character card for Neesh describes the Den as a defunct bulk freighter that serves as Zero Company’s base of operations, and names maintaining it as part of his job. This is the first official statement of what the Den physically is, as distinct from the Caisson, the squad’s operational transport starship.
