Luunata

Overview

Luunata is a mining world that appears to be entirely new to the Star Wars franchise, introduced through Star Wars Zero Company. It is the site of Jae Mordant’s mining citadel — a domain she built herself after leaving her noble house on Shu-Torun, where she ruled as Ore-Baroness.

The Infinite Coil took Luunata for the Separatists, dispossessing Jae and giving her a direct personal stake in Zero Company’s mission against the cult. Reclaiming Luunata is her primary motivation throughout the campaign.

Significance

Luunata sits at the intersection of two of the game’s key narrative threads: the Infinite Coil’s expansion, and Jae Mordant’s personal arc. As a world taken by the cult, it represents both the scale of the Coil’s reach and the personal cost the conflict has already inflicted on at least one squad member before the game begins.

Whether Luunata is a playable mission location or purely a story location has not been confirmed in available press materials.
