Privacy & Cookies
Overview
This wiki is a fan site run by Zero Command . There are no accounts, no logins, no comment system, and no newsletter, so there is nothing here to sign up for and no profile to build. What follows is a plain description of the small amount of data that does pass through the site.
Questions about anything on this page go to wiki@zerocommand.gg.
What the wiki collects itself
| What | Why | Cookies |
|---|---|---|
| Page view counts (Vercel Analytics) | To see which articles are worth expanding | None. Visitors are counted without cookies or cross-site identifiers. |
| Server request logs (Vercel) | Hosting, security, and diagnosing errors | None. Kept briefly and not used to identify readers. |
| Search queries | Nothing. Search runs entirely in your browser. | None. Queries never leave your device. |
No account data is collected because there are no accounts. Nothing on this list is sold, and nothing is shared with anyone beyond the hosting and analytics providers named above.
Advertising
The wiki carries advertising from Google AdSense so it can stay free to read. Ads are placed by hand in fixed positions on article pages: at most one inside an article and one at the end of it. Auto Ads are switched off, which means Google does not insert anchor bars, full-screen interstitials, or pop-ups of its own.
Google and its partners may set cookies or read device identifiers to choose which ads you see and to measure whether they worked. Google’s own description of this is in the Google Privacy & Terms page covering how it uses data from sites that use its services.
You can control this:
- Change what ads you see: Google Ad Settings .
- Opt out of personalised advertising from participating vendors: Your Online Choices (Europe) or optout.aboutads.info (US).
- Block everything: an ad or tracker blocker works normally here. Nothing on the wiki is gated behind seeing an ad, and no page asks you to switch a blocker off.
If you are reading from the UK, the EEA, or Switzerland, a consent message appears before personalised advertising cookies are set. Your answer is remembered, and you can reopen the message to change it using the privacy or consent link the message provides.
Emails and screenshots
Corrections sent to wiki@zerocommand.gg are read by one person and kept only for as long as it takes to check the detail and make the edit.
Screenshots are treated as proof, not storage. They are checked against the page, used to make the change, and then deleted. Nothing a reader sends is committed to the site or its repository, and no reader image is published without asking by email first. Contributors are credited the way they asked, or not at all if they asked for no credit. This is set out in full on the Send an Update page.
Children
The wiki is a reference site for a video game and is not directed at children under 13, and no information is knowingly collected from them.
Your rights
If you are in the UK, the EEA, or Switzerland you have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how it is used. In practice the only personal data this site is likely to hold is an email you sent it. Write to wiki@zerocommand.gg and it will be dealt with.
Changes
This page changes when the site does. The date it was last edited is shown at the bottom of the page and comes from the site’s commit history, so it is not something that can quietly drift out of date.
