Overview

Visser is one of Kundri Fathom’s most trusted lieutenants and the figure who most often leads the Infinite Coil into battle. EA’s official enemies hub describes him as follows:

One of Fathom’s most trusted lieutenants, Visser often leads the Infinite Coil into battle. He is a fearsome tactician and combatant, but he also keeps a code of honor, and has been known to spare or release prisoners where other Coil leaders would not be so merciful.

Like every member of the Coil, Visser is infected with the Shadow Plague, which is rumoured to grant unnatural resilience and deadly abilities.

Role in the Infinite Coil

Visser is the Coil’s field commander: Fathom supplies the strategic and ideological direction, and Visser carries it into combat. He is described as dangerous in both roles, a tactician and a combatant rather than one or the other.

Code of Honour

What sets Visser apart from the rest of the Coil’s leadership is restraint. EA states he has been known to spare or release prisoners where other Coil leaders would not be so merciful, making him the one senior antagonist officially described as operating under any limiting principle.
