Species & Races

Overview

Star Wars Zero Company draws on species already established in Star Wars canon alongside at least one species created specifically for the game. This page aggregates every species confirmed for a playable Operator or a named character, with links to the fuller write-up on each character’s own page.

Playable Species

Hawks

At character creation, players choose Hawks’ species from a fixed list, confirmed in the pcgames.de preview:

  • Human
  • Togruta
  • Twi’lek
  • Zabrak
  • Mirialan
  • Devaronian

See Squad Customisation for the full character-creation breakdown.

Custom Recruits

Species Notes

Tognath

The Tognath previously appeared in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (Edrio Two Tubes). They are characterised by cybernetic augmentations and require breathing apparatus and enhanced optics due to the atmospheric conditions of their homeworld, Yar Togna. Tel-Rea Vokoss is the confirmed Tognath in Zero Company.

Umbaran

The Umbarans are a species introduced in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, known for secrecy, manipulation, and their homeworld’s perpetual darkness. Umbara sided with the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars. Luco Bronc is the confirmed Umbaran in Zero Company, and his Separatist-aligned homeworld is a source of confirmed squad friction with the clone trooper Trick.

Felshi

The Felshi are a species created specifically for Star Wars Zero Company. Kabb Uppercut is the first Felshi character in Star Wars canon.

Lasat

The Lasat are a species established in Star Wars Rebels through Garazeb “Zeb” Orrelios. Neesh Renark, who runs the Den’s Armory and Black Market, is the confirmed Lasat in Zero Company.
