Tel-Rea Vokoss

Overview

Tel-Rea Vokoss is a Tognath Jedi Padawan who joins Zero Company to honour the legacy of her fallen Jedi Master. Known for her boundless discipline and determination, she wields two lightsabers — one of the details confirmed at the Star Wars Celebration Japan panel. Her character design was noted by Lucasfilm as one of the first pieces of concept art created for the game, and changed very little from that first submission.

The Tognath are a species that appeared in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (Edrio Two Tubes). Tognath are characterised by cybernetic augmentations and require breathing apparatus and enhanced optics due to the atmospheric conditions of their homeworld, Yar Togna.

Class

Tel-Rea uses the Jedi Padawan exotic class, one of four exotic classes in the game. This class is unique to her and cannot be assigned to other squad members. Force abilities confirmed in press materials include the ability to move enemies out of cover.

Permadeath

Despite being a named story character and the squad’s only Force-user, Tel-Rea is subject to the game’s permadeath mechanic. Her death is permanent and the story continues without her.
